Rosellen Jensen Moyes
February 7, 1934 - July 2, 2012
Rosellen Jensen Moyes “Rose”, 78, passed away July 2, 2012 due to pancreatic cancer. Rose was born February 7, 1934 near Ontario, Oregon. She grew up in Idaho Falls, Idaho and graduated from Idaho Falls High School in 1952. She married her childhood sweetheart, Warren, on March 5, 1955.
Rose was a very giving person. She gave generously to the food bank and many other charities. She was widely known for her brownies. She served as Centerville 2nd ward librarian for many years. It was her favorite of many callings. She was an active member of DUP.
Rose loved working at the Davis County DMV for 25 years. She and Warren lived many places and made friends everywhere they went. They enjoyed the Oregon coast. She loved collecting agates and sand dollars on the beach. They loved “wintering” in Arizona and enjoyed the many friends there.
She was the “BEST” and “COOLEST” mom and grandma ever!
